Berachain Governance Update: RFRV Batch 27 Approved

The latest RFRV Batch includes new reward vaults across lending, stablecoins, and staking assets.

Sumer Money’s sweETH vault uses an action-based incentive model, where rewards are tied to user activity like depositing, borrowing, and looping rather than simply staking capital. By aligning incentives with productive behavior, it scales capital-efficient strategies with less user friction. WinnieSwap received approval for two vaults: HONEY with NECT, which deepens Berachain’s stablecoin layer by making stable-to-stable swaps cheaper and more liquid, and ewBERA with wgBERA, which strengthens liquidity around wrapped staking assets to improve routing and composability across protocols.

Together, these vaults reinforce BERA’s role at the center of on-chain activity, whether as a borrowing asset, staking derivative, or stablecoin corridor, and expand the depth of HONEY and NECT as foundational stablecoins.

BEX POOLS (Vault Proposer — Pair)

  • WinnieSwap — HONEY/NECT
  • WinnieSwap — ewBERA/wgBERA

NON-DEX VAULTS (Proposer — Utility)

  • Sumer Money — sweETH

All requests for amendments to existing vaults were approved, with the Labs team coordinating with teams to swap out incentives or make necessary changes.
