The Governance Guardians have approved two new Reward Vaults over the last two batches, each building liquidity for core assets and supporting the growth of stablecoin and BTC markets on Berachain.Last week introduced Beraborrow’s uniBTC|NECT Charm Vault. The vault pairs uniBTC, a wrapped Bitcoin asset, with NECT, Beraborrow’s stablecoin. It expands BTC and stablecoin liquidity on the network and creates a new entry point for users moving capital from other chains.The pool is expected to attract cross-chain BTC liquidity, support NECT’s stability, and generate swap volume through the PoL economy.

This week, Kodiak’s USDC.e|HONEY Island Vault was whitelisted. The vault builds a stablecoin market with fees as low as 0.01% between HONEY and USDC.e on Kodiak, deepening the chain’s routing infrastructure for both ecosystem and external protocols. The low fee design encourages swap, arbitrage, and routing activity, helping to improve stablecoin liquidity and pricing across the network.

Together, these approvals highlight the continued focus on composable stablecoin and BTC liquidity, which are key building blocks for the next phase of DeFi on Bera.
